• Shipping  - Most orders are shipped FedEx from our warehouse here in Southern California and we do our best to ship items the same day ordered when possible.  A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address supplied when ordering.

• Returns - All products may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date through our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  Moreover, if you exchange for another product you will not pay a restocking fee.  If a product is returned outright a restocking fee will be assessed.  To return an item, please call us first to receive a RMA number.
